When Joseph came out to as if his company could install the ring security system the wife an I said yes. He explained that a technician would come out to install the equipment. Joseph was very helpful and explained that the installation would be fast. When the technician showed up which was later that day he was very fast putting it in he was very helpful explaining the panel. The people at the coustmer service were more than just helpful they were patient, calm and explained what to do. I highly recommend anyone to use ring for a home security system. The people that work for the ring company are very friendly and very nice and all of them are more than helpful.

I just bought a home last month and today Sammy and his trainee came by to talk to me about their security system that was in the house from the previous owner. The told me about their system and that it was outdated. I expected there to be a huge sales pitch, but quite the opposite. They are going to be replacing the old panel, installing new sensors, an electronic lock, and 3 video cameras all for no costs. No equipment fees or installation fees. Just a low monthly monitoring fee. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and how well they communicated the entire process.
