Syntec Concrete Coatings can resurface any existing cement surface with our acrylic cement; such as driveways, patios, pools, steps, seawalls, and interior surfaces. Syntec's coatings can sometimes be applied over existing tile which will help to cut costs by eliminating the expensive costs of removing interior tile that is no longer wanted. Syntec also does custom interior hand plastering. Syntec uses Resin Rock Cements and Resins which have a PSI Rating of 6000 lbs., is slip resistant and cool to walk on in the hot Arizona sun. You'll never need to worry about stained or dirty grout because Syntec uses its cement as a grout in a multicoat process and our surfaces are then sealed. Paint is not used in any of our patterns so fading is never an issue. Syntec's skilled Journeyman will work with the client to achieve the look, color and texture that the client desires.
