These guys did incredible work! My whole yard done in two days and it turned out amazing. Pricing was fair, the grass quality seemed really good, and it’s been holding up great even with my dog playing and sliding on it daily while he chases his ball!

I am absolutely floored and so impressed with the maintenance and clean up work that Antonio did for me this week. I have turf installed by another company and weeds were starting to grow, debris was getting in the fibers, and in general the turf was looking less than wonderful. I reached out to a few different companies and Antonio was not only the first to reply, he was the most friendly, polite and professional of them all. After obtaining some information from me, he worked up a quote and we came to an agreement. Service was scheduled and I eagerly anticipated what was to come. Promptly at 8:00 am Antonio arrived and used a cool little tool to quickly take care of the weeds, used his machinery to take care of the debris and condition the fibers and now the turf looks brand new. Stains are gone, weeds are gone, he made it look like I've never owned a dog. I love it! The yard has gone from "meh" to GREAT and I enjoy the space again. I am absolutely a customer for life. Jim and his crew did an amazing job with our synthetic lawn installation. Communication was easy from start to finish, and the pricing was very reasonable. We are so happy with the final results and highly recommend them.

Amazing experience - we added a 15 x 30 plot of turf in our backyard and from start to end the process was perfect. Great experience with Rob our sales contact and the install team was quick, professional and highly skilled. We definitely would highly recommend Synthetic Turf Northwest!

Really wanted a beautiful yard and was so excited. Sales came out, told me everything I wanted to hear. I specifically asked questions and, of course, got answers that I wanted to hear. So called project manager finally comes out and gives a whole different spiel, and using wrong equipment to measure (a wheel would be much more accurate). So many things went wrong, and now there are visable seams that I am supposed to accept, with veiled threats on payment (of which I will pay), but I want what I was told, after all for the price of a new car I don't want one with cracks all over. This is after a badly managed project. Project manager was mostly MIA. He never knew what was happening nor came to check. People mostly onsite could not communicate with me. Chemicals were left around pets overnight, fence hit and broken, trees and bush damaged, internet cable cut, neighbors car hit...feels truly like I am paying for a new car and getting a used I know from experience things happen on job sites, but, as a past PM myself, I always knew what was happening on my sites and went to them. I would never let someone come home and find mishaps. Either PM didn't know, which is sad, or they hoped I wouldn't notice. I believe the company hired subcontractors without telling me, which would account for some of this, but perhaps a PM should have been onsite and noticed. I advise you to go other companies. Company is now trying intimidation and threat tactics. I just want what a job done correctly and with pride. It is a big investment to have been done improperly by sub contractors. People please check the BBB. This looks horrible! Plus now taking so much of our time just trying to get it corrected. So sad. Now the owner still refuses to correct and stepped up the threats! Wow no pride in their work. Threatening lawyers (bring it, lets show your true colors). If you did it right why do you want me to sign a "non-disparagement and confidentiality clause". What I thought I would be enjoying is stealing so much of my personnal time it is unbelievale. I so rather pay an attorney then this owner!
