System Pavers

Was very satisfied with the install of Pavers crew and project mngr. did a good job of explaining the process and helping with install decisions. Left the site clean after finish install. I recommend them for hassle free professional installation. Did not give 5 star only because of initial mismatch on Paver color selection.

We recently got our backyard renovated and we hired System Pavers for it. I am very happy that I chose them for the job. We have a pretty large backyard and it was by no means an easy ask that we had. Nicolas was our point of contact and he helped come up with a design for us based on the broad strokes that we had on our mind and we truly loved it. He also made sure that the proposal was within the budget we planned for it. During the construction phase as well everyone was super professional and made sure that everything was completed per schedule despite all the rain and heat that we had in Houston at that time. Anytime there were things that needed changes in plan or troubleshooting they would be very transparent and come up with the best solution. Nicolas made sure that this was well communicated to us and helped us make the right decisions. Even after that job was done, Nicolas came over to check that everything was alright and that there were no unexpected issues later. I also want to mention Gani who worked on the project in the beginning and he is very knowledgeable. In the beginning, Nicolas and Gani helped us with making sure that we won't have any problems with the drainage system, because of the many weird ways my backyard used to slope, after that construction was done and that the sprinklers were appropriately adjusted. Overall, I am super happy with my choice of going with System Pavers. Not only do they come up with the best solution within your planned budget but also are very professional, communicate well and are very transparent. I strongly recommend them and will myself go back to them for any other projects that I have.

Our patio turned out beautiful and we’re so glad that System Pavers took care of our home! Kevin was our designer and we initially worked with Gani as our project manager. Around the second week of our project, Nicolas became our new project manager. Everyone on the team communicated well and we never felt as though our project wasn’t a priority. It took much longer than originally planned to complete due to days of torrential rain and the holiday, but in spite of that, it didn’t drag out for too long. During construction, we noticed that the step down from the floor was way too large and decided to add an additional step to accommodate the height. Making a change to our order was very simple with very little hassle. Nicholas is attention to detail to assure our project was completed to our expectations was certainly a breath of fresh air. I believe that if you’re investing lots of money into a project that you’re going to have to look at every single day, it better look exactly how you want or it wasn’t worth your hard earned money. All in all, the team at System Pavers and the crew who installed our patio and kitchen were very professional, accommodating and great to work with. We highly recommend their service. You won’t be disappointed.

Kevin was Amazing at helping us during the design and sales process, really amazing job. We did have som hiccups but Danny the project manager was able to fix every thing and we ended up with a great final product.

System Pavers did a beautiful job on our backyard. They installed drains on the gutter downspouts, layed pavers and build a custom water feature with remote lighting. The project manager, Gani, kept us informed of the work and timeline for the completion of the job. He also set our phone up to be able to control the water feature. The only con for the company is that we had to hire an electrician after the project was complete to install a plug for the water feature. If they would have provided this service, I would have gave them 5 stars. I recommend them for excellent work and hopefully you will get Gani!
