System Pavers

The paver installation itself was completed successfully, and overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work. However, the issues started after the project was finished. At the time we signed the contract, the company was running a promotion that included a free outdoor stove, which we were promised as part of the agreement. It has now been several months since the project was completed, and we still have not received it. I have followed up multiple times and have only been told that the marketing team has placed the order, but no further updates or delivery have occurred. In addition, there were noticeable marks and stains on some of the pavers used in the project. The company acknowledged the issue and agreed to send a service team to address it. However, after that initial response, all communication stopped. I have reached out several times for updates and have received no response whatsoever. I am not filing a complaint about the quality of the paver installation itself, but their customer service and post-project support have been extremely disappointing. There are many contractors available in this market. If you are considering a paver project, I would strongly encourage you to carefully evaluate your options before choosing this company.

We are thrilled with our new three-car paver driveway. The same EXCELLENT crew came each work day and when needed there were additional specialists on site. Our driveway is definitely the envy of the neighborhood. However we deducted 1/2 star because from time to time there were communication issues which could have been handled a bit better.

Overall the project outcome was outstanding. While we had a few hiccups getting started, Joe and his crew lead, Hector did a great job of connecting with me during the project. With any project there are unexpected "surprises" and Joe and team rose to the occasion and gave us options in a timely manner on how to best solve them. Thank you Joe, Hector ,and crew!

Installation crew was FANTASTIC!!!! Quality work and they were neat and incredibly respectful of our property the entire duration of the installation. We had pavers installed for a furniture area and then an area with turf for an outdoor play area for the toddler granddaughter. Daniel was our salesman and he was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Kenneth did a nice job as the project manager and worked with us on the delay of getting the projected started. The initial delay was painful and actually surpassed the 90 day timeline outlined in the contract but Kenneth was able to make things right once the project began. Again, the install crew was great! SO meticulous about their work! We love our outdoor area and anxiously await our new furniture, umbrellas and awning!

A great job and changed the looks of our home. Even leveled out an area for our above ground pool. It impressed our family enough several wanted work from them. Thanks for the outstanding work!
