Anthony, Warranty Manager assigned Alex to repair my one of a kind custom designed putting green by system pavers. Repair and workmanship outstanding. I will use no other company than System Pavers and there is no better Service Warranty Manager than Anthony.

System Pavers installed a terrace, driveway and walkway with exterior lighting nearly two years ago. We so appreciate their warranty when a broken paver and some issues with the lights occurred recently. Anthony Renteria, Warranty and Repair Manager met with us today and quickly resolved the lighting issue. He also made a plan to replace the broken paver so the walkway pavers look like new again. I contacted System Pavers for a quote on a backyard patio project. “Eric” came out to my residence and gave me a quote and I declined it, because it was too expensive and After comparing multiple bids, I decided to move forward with a contractor because they offered a more competitive price and were able to complete the work sooner. When System Pavers followed up, I politely informed them that I had already hired someone else. Instead of simply thanking me for the opportunity, I received a quote implying that I had chosen poor quality work because I selected a less expensive contractor. After I expressed that I found the comment unprofessional, the representative doubled down by criticizing my completed project and stating that it was ‘not good work’ or a ‘professional design.’ Choosing another contractor is a normal part of business. What disappointed me was not losing the bid, but the lack of professionalism and respect shown afterward. Regardless of whether a customer chooses your company, they should be treated courteously and professionally. I have included screenshots of the conversation so others can make their own judgment.

The design process was great and overall the project install was good. However the final fit and finish in certain areas wasn’t. I asked for it to be re-done and the response was to fill the gaps in with sand.

Tales weeks to do a horrible Job. Literally no change. Causes unnecessary traffic for them to not even do work.
