System Pavers

I wrote my original review shortly after the work was completed. Unfortunately, after only two fires, the fireplace began to fail. The issue appears to have been the design. As you can see from the photo, the firebrick did not cover the entire firebox, and the hearth was extended too far without adequate support. After months of trying to get the issue resolved and repeatedly getting the runaround, I finally decided to hire another company to fix the fireplace. During the bidding process, I received estimates from three different companies, and all three independently came to the same conclusion: the original fireplace was poorly designed. System Pavers does have a good pre-sale process and a convenient customer portal. However, based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting clear, written guarantees and warranties regarding the craftsmanship and durability of the work before moving forward. Previous review below: System Pavers was great to work with. They made the entire process incredibly easy and customer friendly. They take out a lot of the HOA guess work, which really helps. The final product is top notch. We wanted some adjustments along the way and they made it super easy for us to work on those. Their crew was polite, friendly, and skilled. I highly recommend them.

System Pavers did an amazing job. They were timely, professional, and hard-working. Marisa created a great design and Jesse helped put it into place. The workers were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend System Pavers!! Our backyard is even more beautiful than we ever expected!!!

Sales person surveyed and we signed a contract 3 months back. After a month and half, PM surveys the plot and adds more cost for the same job stating slopes and contours. I get a change order with bumped up price. Shady business. No work yet as I am yet to agree to the new price. :( can't cancel contract as they say they ordered material. Feels like trap.

Jesse oversaw the project with a steady hand, offering smart solutions every time a challenge came up. Shannon provided exceptional guidance throughout and responded to every project change with patience and professionalism. And Oscar and his installation crew were, without question, the best installers I’ve had the pleasure of working with - meticulous, hardworking, and true craftsmen. Together, this team turned a big, complicated project into a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thank you all for the outstanding work. Update****it’s been several years and the porch is crumbling. I’ve reached out for warranty help and they haven’t bothered to call me back. I’ve emailed, and called. So be very careful when considering this company. 9/18/26 I just completed a project, a back patio. While my patio looks good. I must warn you to make sure you stay and supervise at all times. If they tell you a start date, expect to start a week later. If they say they will be there on a certain day. Expect to be stood up at least 3 times. Keep expectations low, and you will get to the end. This company severely lacks in communication, and the crews they use are contract labor. My home is only a year old. And they definitely did not take care when it came to driveway, lawn, or my irrigation system. They would break heads, then bury them to hide it. I had to bring my irrigation company out a total of 3 times for repairs. They left garbage, and dripped oil and stained my driveway pretty badly. The crew also originally delivered my pavers to the wrong address, which also stained up my neighbors driveway. I was not offered a color choice on the sides of my patio (what they call chop). So they installed a bright white limestone, which looked ridiculous against the charcoal and tan color scheme we had designed. They did make it right. And while I appreciated that. It resulted in another few days of missed work, more staining to my driveway, and more damage to my yard and irrigation system. I will be honest. They tried powerspraying the driveway, but just used water. It did absolutely nothing for all of the stains. They did offer to powerspray the driveways again at a future date. But they are just using water and it will not come off. So I am having to pay a professional company to come out and use chemicals to remove all of the stains. I am not saying not to use this company. I am saying if you do. Please pay attention to all of the details. Request color choices for your chop. And make sure they are cleaning up after themselves, and that you are watching ALL of the work. Check your irrigation system constantly. Lastly, if you have any kind of drainage installed with your patio or project. Use a separate irrigation company. My pop up drains were not installed correctly and had to be corrected twice during the project. They still do not work properly, and I am going to have to have them corrected. They did not drill holes in the elbows, and the way they are installed the water does not pop up the head and just sits under our new patio and backs up into my back yard. So final message is YES ... use them for the patio build, but honestly nothing else. They really should contract out any drainage to a professional company. I will end on a positive note. While the process was insane, unorganized, frustrating, and at times very unprofessional. The regional manager, and second project manager did try to make things right. But I felt like they were doing the best they could with what they had to work with labor wise. Unfortunately that just seems like every company today. I used to think going through a big company with a warranty mattered. But in these days you might be better off going with a smaller mom and pop company who will prioritize your project, and supervise. I tried to be as honest as possible. Good luck, and hopefully you get a good looking paver project with a little less of the mess we got. :)

They installed a putting green by my pool and also did a yard area in another part of the yard. The workers were polite and very knowledgeable in the area of artificial grass. The Forman came by daily to see if everything was progressing as it should. It took right at 7 days from start to finish and it looks amazing! I would highly recommend them. Did great fast and easy

I had turf and a mower strip added to my backyard. The project was completed on time and done well. Rigoberto Rivera and his crew worked very hard in the scorching sun and did a great job! Thank you Rigoberto and crew.

Great customer service and quality product!

They put in the pavers and it had to be redone. Took months for them to redo the work, and they still have not repaired/replaced the trim on the patio doors. I paid a lot of money for a complete job. The devil is in the details. They extended my warranty to make me happy, but what good is that when they never finished the detail work?

Designed and installed a new walk way, steps and entrance to front door. The design was wonderful. The installers were very particular and exacting. They worked with me to make everything look great. They were also hard workers. We are very pleased with the finished product.

What an amazing transformation. This team took our back yard from a mud pit to an amazing area for outdoor living. They did some MAJOR excavation and incredible install of pavers and stairs and turf. Could not be happier with their dedicated team from start to finish. So much planning involved, such great attention to detail. 5 stars all around!

He worked with us within our budget. He was extremely helpful and professional,he was always available to answer any questions or concerns via email, phone or in person!
