From Justin's planning to Nestor's project management to Lennin's hard work with his team, I am overjoyed with my new hardscaping. It's made my yard much more livable and a real pleasure to spend time in. On top of that, I now have the nicest looking home on the street according to my neighbors. I can't say enough how happy I am with the work that System Pavers has done.

The team at GSEC, led by their licensed engineering staff, provided a comprehensive 5-year Stewardship Pavement Roadmap that helped our board understand exactly how to protect our investment. They handled everything from asphalt repairs and sealcoating to ensuring our common areas met all safety and compliance standards. Their communication was professional, they stuck to the strict timeline required to minimize resident disruption, and the quality of the finish is outstanding. If your HOA or commercial property needs a paving firm that actually understands the engineering and structural integrity behind the work, I highly recommend GSEC. They are a cut above the standard paving company.

They did a great job. I liked their warranty. They were very quick. Got the job done very fast. They had a great presentation.

Very pricey. Nice product, ok service. I would recommend just because of the size of the company (to stand behind install if you have problems), but fornthe price I likely would not use them again.

The paver wall was installed crooked, the side yard has to be removed and reinstalled because it went below the fence line. I had System Pavers come out to do a few minor repairs and they say it's not covered under warranty. This company promises you the moon but comes up very short after they leave. Very poor customer service and they don't stand behind their warranty.

From meeting to designing and to installation, it was a fun and easy process. They were fast and informative. Gave us exactly what we wanted and turned out so much nicer. We Love it! Highly recommend them.

System Pavers made it clear that they wanted us as the customer to be happy with the service they were providing. Very professional in all stages of our project, open to ideas, and very knowledgeable in their profession. We told Albert what we had in mind and he drew up the plans to our satisfaction. Mark came in and made it a reality. Quick, precise, professional, impressive. We now have the backyard we ve always wanted. I recommend System Pavers, you won t be disappointed.

So I must start this review by saying when my husband first wanted Pavers I didnâ t get it. It seemed more expensive than concrete and I didnâ t understand the difference. Once I walked out on my new patio I TOTALLY GOT IT! The patio is beautiful with such character and quality. IT feels totally solid but I know it will last forever. Not only did I love the outcome but the process was truly impressive. While we had a few changes and adjustments along the way I got to see what service really meant from our team. Our Designer Craig, our project manager Mark and our install team lead by Baldo all made it possible. Initially we had a confusion with the design and they stepped up and just fixed everything. We had an issue with the date and had to push it and they couldnâ t be more accommodating. We finally got to the actual install and im sure these poor guys thought they were in the clearâ ¦.but not quite. They started to pull the stones into the back yard and had to stop Baldo and say it wasnâ t the color I wanted. Without a secondâ s hesitation he had the whole crew stopped and the Mark on the phone to make sure my back yard was exactly what I wanted. They pushed double time and had it all switched in a matter of days. Its service like that that gives me no hesitation to recommend them. Every project an have its hiccups but this team will make it all run smoothly. Thank you all for your help my dog cooper, my husband and I are all thrilled with our new outdoor living space.

I had very large scope project, had to demolish brick glued on concrete. Worked very efficiently. High quality work. Very responsive to my concerns and requests during project.

Amenable to changes and making the customer happy with any design. Loved the rep Albert Hagan, professional, knowledgeable, and personable - One of those persons we felt like having known him for years.

We had a fountain built a couple of years ago that’s been nothing but a series of breakdowns. It became clear that the contractor had been in way over his head. Finally fed up with the problems, we asked Systems Pavers to take a look at it. Talking with Mike Ammenwerth their designer, it became clear that it was built with materials that were wrong (wood instead of block) and that the fountain was badly designed. Though it was expensive, we decided to tear down and start over. Best decision ever! We had a design within a week and started construction within another week. System Pavers was the best. The construction team showed up on time and worked every available day until the job was done. I can’t say enough about Miguel Ruvalcaba and his coworker, Ernie. Miguel is a flat-out craftsman. He worked carefully and precisely and produced a beautiful, solid fountain. The guys even improved the aesthetics of some other work attached to the fountain and worked under lights and in the rain to keep on time. What’s more, Miguel and Ernie kept a clean work site, putting away materials and cleaning up every night. Their project manager, Adam, stopped by regularly to make sure we were satisfied with the work and it’s progress. I wish System Pavers did more general contracting because I’d hire them in a minute for a number of other projects I have yet to tackle.

From Start to Finish they did a great job!

The crew did a great job. They worked hard all day. I did not see them slacking around or wasting time. The grass and Pavers look great.

I contacted System Pavers to install patio pavers. 15 minutes from the time I was to meet their sales guy, I got a call. Sales guy not with the company any longer. Okay. Stuff happens. Next sales guy was a no show and didn’t tell me ahead of time but had a good excuse. Appointment #3, sales guy shows up but fairly late. Says many offensive remarks. Okay. I’m not very sensitive I don’t think. But he spends most of the time talking about a product I’m not buying. Probably told to do so. I had to ask what the paver pattern will be, had to ask about the border color and pattern and other essential info. He offered a crazy bid like $16,000 (average paver install is $3,000 - $5,000). Finally agreed on $8,000. He made a couple promises that I don’t think he ever meant to keep. The company redeemed themselves a little by sending a good project manager (B.K.) and doing a really good install.

System Pavers did an masterly job on our patio. They assisted with the design. They showed us the full range of possibilities on the product so that we could make the best selection. Even though we were a relatively small job, they made sure we were satisfied with the outcome, and we are more than satisfied. Our project manager, BK Ammenwerth was particularly attentive to our project, coming twice before we began to make sure that all of our needs were going to be met. When the installation began, BK and Charles and the whole crew were wonderful to work with. They were easy to talk to and knowledgeable. We could ask any of them questions about the process. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The final product surpasses our expectations. We are veryt happy that we chose System Pavers.
