From start to finish, this family-owned and operated business exceeded every expectation I had. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares as much about their customers as they do. It kind of reminds me of the good ole days that are slowly disappearing. But Joey and his team are bringing it back. They took the time to listen to my ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, made sure I understood why things may need to change a little or be altered so my space could be enjoyed lifelong. He really made sure they understood my vision before getting started. Throughout the entire project, they were patient, communicative, and never made me feel rushed. And never once was irritated with one of my 8000 questions (I like to learn). It was clear they wanted everything to be exactly how I imagined it. The quality of their landscaping work is outstanding. Every detail was handled with care, and you can truly see the pride they take in their craftsmanship. They didn't just complete the job they brought my vision to life, and the end result is even better than we imagined. What really sets them apart is their customer service. We are super happy with the outcome of our project. When Kevin Madden drew it up for us In person during our initial meeting, I was really excited about the prospect of it coming out the way he showed me it would. Kevin then did an AI depiction of what he had designed using the background of my own backyard and home. That photo convinced my HOA to let me move forward with the project.. We are happy to say that it came out even better than the AI depiction or the initial planning. Joey, the owner, allowed us to make changes along the way. They were small changes, a little here and a little there, But Joey didn’t charge us anymore for the small amount of work. I have to say that it was not the cheapest bid or even the second cheapest bid that I got, but it was much more competitive than the more well known names from around the greater Houston area. They told me 3 to 4 weeks and they took two. The crews were really nice and despite them being right out the window where I spend most of my day it was less a distraction than I expected. If I decide to put in an outdoor kitchen, I will definitely call them back for

I researched several paver companies before deciding to go with Seven Stones. They are definitely the most affordable and give a 10 year guarantee on workmanship and a 25 year guarantee on the stone they install. The crew was very hardworking whenever they were on site and Joey, the crew manager was always reachable for questions or concerns. He constantly updated me throughout the project. The only issue we had were delays in getting the project finished within the timeframe I was given by the company. All is well that ends well. My walkway is functional and beautiful.

Mr Joey outdid himself! He is a straight to the point no BS guy. I received a call from him regarding a driveway installation. He was ready to start the same day. He came out, provided a quote, started making phone calls to the city and county for permits. Not sure if he is OCD in a good way, passionate, or the get er done! BUT whatever it is...He showed commitment, communication, professionalism, and quick service. He communicated everyday about everything. I highly recommend Steven Stones Outdoors LLC. There are still good contractors out there and he's one of them.

Joel and his team are the best workers I have ever had. They were all experienced, competent, and hard workers. They kept on schedule, were very neat in cleaning up their materials, and kept on task every day. The design of our patios are outstanding. Joel’s company is very reasonable cost wise. Without a doubt the best product and best value for the money. I would recommend him to anyone, and I have already recommended him to various individuals. He and his team are definitely pros at what they do.
