I chose System Pavers after a neighbor told me about their great experience, specifically how System Pavers stands by customer satisfaction. I'm glad I went with them. When some of my recessed lights went out and a few pavers started to lift, System Pavers came out promptly, replaced the lights, and gave me a fair quote to redo the lifting pavers. What really stood out was project manager Alex Paez. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, smoothing out the turf himself, filling in the pavers, and thoroughly checking all the work before calling it done. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in the finished product. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend System Pavers and Alex specifically if you want the job done right!

I have never been as pleased with a construction crew, the individual men, and ​a project manager as I am with this particular group of men. Jared, the project designer was extremely helpful in guiding me through the HOA approval process. Thank you to Jesus the project manager, Julio and crew for their conscientious rapid fire work. They began demolition of the existing concrete slab on Monday and had the new patio (3 times the area of the original patio) constructed and completely finished by Thursday. It's better than I imagined!

I can’t say enough good things about Ronnie and his entire team. From start to finish, they absolutely knocked our driveway project out of the park. The finished product is genuinely a 10/10, the design, layout, attention to detail, and overall quality of the work exceeded our expectations. What impressed us just as much as the final result was the entire experience getting there. Ronnie met with me numerous times to walk through details, answer questions, make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and accommodate plenty of little changes along the way without ever making it feel like a burden. His communication and flexibility were incredible. His crew was equally impressive, professional, respectful, hardworking, and clearly takes a ton of pride in what they do. They were even able to start earlier than originally planned and finished ahead of schedule, which was a huge help for us during an already hectic home build. Ronnie also went above and beyond in ways he absolutely did not have to, including a very thoughtful gift for my wife and me at the end of the project. That kind of personal touch says a lot about the way he runs his business and treats his customers. We’ve worked with a lot of different contractors throughout our build, and Ronnie and his team truly stand out. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the service was exceptional, and the entire process could not have gone better. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering pavers or a driveway project. Thank you Ronnie and the entire crew, you guys absolutely crushed it!

Alex Paez supervised the paving project at my house for my jacuzzi hot tub. He was most helpful and professional in all respects. He made sure the work was done well.

The work performed was to build an area to house our above the ground SPA. It required a lot of planning, color selection, and manpower to remove dirt and sod. The original plan was changed several times, with no complaints. Chris Spenser and his crew provided up-to-date status regarding the job as well as the completion date. This is the company that you want working on your home projects.

I used System Pavers for my backyard project and was not disappointed. They gave me lots of suggestions and helped me choose the pavers that would make my backyard look spectacular. Everyone was very accommodating and easy to work with from the design consultant to the project and construction manager. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and had great communication. System pavers strive to deliver quality work and does not take shortcuts. I highly recommend this company to others and will definitely work with them again!

Brian from system pavers was amazing, he kept me appraised through all aspects of the job. The crew made sure everything was clean and back in place. Brian checked in with me daily to make sure I was happy with progress.

Have not repaired the damage for 2 years. The work is incomplete.

They gave me a lifetime warranty. When I called to have them fix a couple sunken stones they ask whether I have the written warranty. They gave me a warranty, but I did not think I needed to produce it and do not have it any longer

It was a pleasure working with Jared and the System Pavers crew. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional.

Super expensive however they did a great job on my front, back, and side yard!! Pavers and turf were completed in a week, despite the rain! They turned a puppy landmine into a beautiful curved patio and turf area! My dogs have played more outside in the last week than they had in the last year!!! I wish their fencing wasn’t as expensive or I’d ask them to do my fence too!!

It was great working with Matt on the design and HOA approval, to working with the PM John. Overall I am very happy, and they were both very communicative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend system pavers.

It was a pleasure working with System Pavers from the Design Consultant, Kyle, to the Project Manager, Dustin, to the work crew. At each stage of this project we were impressed by the professionalism, the attention to detail and the courtesy of the staff. The quality of the work is outstanding. We are very pleased with the driveway and walkways and have received many compliments from neighbors and friends.

Excellent work. Communication not great. The work done was for a rental and we were not on site. Several phone calls were not returned but someone must have listened to my message re: a small change I wanted to make because the change was made. The finished project exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy with it.

Do not do business with this outfit! They promise you one thing and sell you another and you end up with something else. Make very sure to have everything in writing! This has been a terrible experience for us. BEWARE!

The quality of their work was excellent. All employees were courteous and professional.

Steve, the Sales Rep, was fantastic and really worked for us. Steve and my husband drew up four different plans before we settled on the right one for us. The construction crew was fantastic as well - courteous, respectful of our property and they never stopped working! They were great! Both Steve and his Boss came out to inspect the finished project, as did Jason, the Field Supervisor.
