Ken was quick to respond to my request and give me a bid on my project. Within a day or two we had the cleaning on the schedule. My 12+year blinds look brand new. Mr. Szalinski did a wonderful job on our blinds. He cleans them right on the windows and they are extremely clean. He left behind no mess and even suggested that we replace a couple of inexpensive blinds rather than spend the money to have them cleaned. Even my dog liked him.

Too rough on blinds. Broke plastic tips on cords. Broke plastic connector that opens and closes the blinds. I tried to repair it, but could not. Purchased new blind at Home Depot.

"I advised customer of sun damaged to some blinds on front portion of home which caused plastic on these 20year old blinds to breakdown, he said no problem I can fix it. And we left it at that. Please note that customer referrals are a big part of our business. We always ask that the customer contact us rectify the problem if any so we may maintain good customer service."
