Doors (Interior) - Install or Replace
Todd has completed a couple projects for us. First was cutting in and adding 2 doors into our newly built home and then adding shelving to match existing. Todd has always been on time and does excellent work. Hes also quick, precise and always on budget.

Carpentry Framing - Install
The service provider was punctual, he explained what he was going to do and showed the materials to be used. He was polite & professional. He did a superb job. The price was great. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to call T-1 Construction again or make referrals.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
We wont use anyone else. He is fantastic. He has done our deck, fence, front rails to our house, windows, sliding doors and gutters. Whatever he sees he communicates to us. He is the only one that I would recommend.
