About us

TAC Audio Video, is a custom home theater, audio and video installation sales and design company. We are committed to bringing you the highest quality home entertainment available today. TAC Audio Video, is owned and operated by me Troy A. Christy, who believes, "Your work should be something your passionate about." For the last 18 years I have incorporated home theater installs and design to past work experience as a licensed carpenter and builder. Although I enjoyed carpentry, my passion was audio and video. So in 2008, I created TAC Audio Video. With my background in construction, I was able to quickly design, build and troubleshoot any installation. I also truly believe that, "The customer comes first," should be the focus of every business owner in America today. ~LIV SOUND~

Stay away from this guy. He is a fraud he will ask you for a check for parts that are needed to complete the job, and then you'll never hear from him again. He is not to be trusted. I paid for parts over a month ago he never came back to do the job so I contacted him for a refund. I still have not received my refund and this request was over three weeks ago. He is a big time SCAM ARTIST.

I couldn't be any more please with the work and professionalism TAC Audio Video used in their application of my wall mount for my plasma flat panel tv. Quality workmanship, always informant if changes had to be made and also important is cleaning up after completing the job and not leaving it for the homeowner. I highly recommend this company.

Troy was great! He was very quick to respond and eager to help me out. I had gotten several quotes and his was extremely fair. He resolved my issues quickly and offered suggestions for improvements down the line, but was not pushy at all. I will most definitely recommend him to friends and use him in the future.

I highly recommend TAC Audio Video. Troy went above and beyond installing my stereo system. When installing my stereo system there were many obstacles and Troy was quick on his feet and came up with good solutions. His prices are extremely reasonable and service is tip notch.
