they stay true to their word. set appt date and not only came on the day and time that was set. but i hired them for a second job and they even called and came earlier than the date that was set. very well mannered and efficient. very well satisfied with quality of work done. will hire them again when in need

Very professional and awesome work. I would recommend then to everyone. There remodeling skills are second to none. You will not find any better installers in northern texas. My wife and myself hired them to remodel our 50's bathroom and replace the subflooring. They were great priced, fast and friendly service. Very respectful and treat customers great. So I have now hired them to remodel my kitchen. I am very happy with all their work.

Hired the guy and he took weeks to show up, even though he said he would start soon. He asked for more than a third up front. His men would only show up for a couple of hours per week, if that. It took him 2 1/2 months to do a 2 1/2 day job. He didn't complete it, even though he was paid in full. His men left 100 cigarette butts in my yard and driveway. He wouldn't return my calls or texts. I was nothing but nice to the guy, but I'm fed up with him now. A company like this has no business on the HomeAdvisor site and they should discontinue his ad. Homeadvisor called him for me and he told them he moved to another state. If you hire him, you'll be sorry.

I highly recommend TAC It Home Repair. They are an honest hard working group of skilled craftsmen. I hired them to redo the siding on my home as well as rebuild my back porch- They not only had it completed within a week but they did an amazing job! They also gave me the best price of nearly every company I spoke with. I liked the fact that they are a local, family owned business - Not some fly-by-night company and I will hire them in the future to do some more work on my property.

Never got a full day from them;worked when and whatever hours;usually 4 hours once or twice week. i mostly dealt with Allan Sr and paid them 5500 dollars down;he could not make payroll for workers gave additional 3000.00 dollars for that hoping work would increase and maybe finish what they started.they never finished anything and wanted more money! Confidence in them disappeared was gone, and they quit on me on the pretense I would not pay them upon completion and said they lost money! No communication as to what issues were until the end. Family business with too many chiefs and no Indians. I would not recommend them and if you do hire them be specific and be frugal with any money for down payment.

Allen and his crew were vey nice, courteous, and professional. They installed 50 foot of fence damaged by the hurricane within 6 hours! I could not ask for better service. I will definitely use them again for other projects. The price was excellent for the service they provided.

The shutter installation went okay. Quoted me a price for installing a new fascia on one side of the home, first floor, but never came to do the work. Now he wont answer my phone calls.
