T & A Cleaning

They have only completed half the house because extreme weather conditions (snow and ice) prevented them from coming back as planned. They will return to complete the job next week. They cleaned our upper two floors thoroughly including shampooing carpets. The windows were not quite as clean as I would have liked but they still did a good job. They began on the kitchen but did not get to finish. I can give a better report after January 13th

They cleaned the carpets. could not get out all stains but did well with most of them.

I have had Anthony clean twice and I am keeping him on a bi-weekly basis. He did a great job. He is about the nicest person I have worked with and he does a very detailed job of cleanning. There were a few minor spots he missed, but when I informed him, he corrected them.

There was a previous spot on carpet that another cleaning company had difficulty removing. T&A removed the spot. Did a fabulous job. Carpets looked great.

They were friendly and always offered to fix a situation but, just did not measure up. Although I did like coming home to a clean house - I had to look too see if things were cleaned. The bed always looked like it was thrown together and the rugs were never moved to get the entire floor when sweeping or mopping. I all you need is light cleaning every two weeks or so these guys might be for you.

T & A are wonderful. They were prompt to provide an estimate on my house and fair in their pricing. They have provided the service in a timely manner and done a great job. They are flexible and willing to do special projects like cleaning wooden blinds, in a short jperiod of time. I would gladly recommend them.

Anthony and his team was a pleasure to work with. We hired them to do an initial cleaning on a 3400 sq. ft. house that we had just purchased. They did a great job and we were very pleased with the cost. We will use them again and definitely recommend them to others.

Anthony was always pleasant and courteous to deal with. When he thought he would be 15 minutes late he called early to let me know and was very prompt with the new time set. He and his helper were good at what they did though there were a few things on walk thru which needed touching up. No problem- done immediately. I have already suggested him to other people and will continue to do so as well as to use Service Magic web site again! Great place. Great people!

Anthony is a most congenial and accommodating businessman. His first visit was extremely thorough with a full house cleaning as well as windows and a sliding glass door. He called me an hour in advance to give me his arrival time which was the time he arrived. He more than met with my expectations .
