Excellent quality work... took a tad bit longer than expected but not a problem. Complicated system required some fine tuning which TAG was pleased to do. System operating well after a year.System 2000 would highly recommend here in New England.

TAG Heating and Cooling personnel were very professional and worked very hard to install our new forced hot air furnace on time. They showed up when they were supposed to and left our house clean and undamaged by their work. The system appears to run well and we hope it will continue to function as described. A supervisor followed up and finished up a few loose ends and explained how the thermostat could be programmed. An excellent company.

It took a long time to get the proposal, but the work and customer service was excellent.

I'm very happy with the finished product. Also, the workers from TAG were very kind and courteous. I do wish that they had an itemization of the costs though - at least a breakdown of the labor versus materials. I feel without this breakdown there's a potential for dishonesty from the company.

The guys are TAG were great. I highly recommend them. They were ontime, professional,and stood bu their work. We have an equiptment issue that was beyond their control and they had it replaced in a day which they did not have to do. I am very pleased with their work.

TAG worked with me to add air conditioning, air cleaning, and an air exchanger to our existing high efficiency, hot air gas furnace. They were very helpful in providing alternatives as we explored the options and settled on a final list of components to be installed. The install went very smoothly and all of the onsite installers were courteous and kept the work area clean. The only two issues encountered (not due to TAG) were dealt with efficiently. American Standard was late in delivering the compressor, but once it arrived from TX, TAG was onsite installing it. The original furnace wiring also had an issue as it wasn't on it's own circuit and when the air handling was added the breaker would eventually blow. The issue was diagnosed and corrected by tag's electrician quickly. All in all, TAG was very easy to work with and provided a quality installation in a timely manner.
