Carpet Repair, Refasten, or Stretch
We were told they would give a "free estimate". During the visit, 1 worker pulled up & CUT carpet before giving a price. He was told to stop, we only wanted an estimate. He said "don't worry, I'll give you a good price". We told him we were getting a 2nd estimate & WE would decide what price was good, but he was not authorized to do work (We still had not been given an estimate). We called their office & were told that we had to pay for the work they had already done or they would tear the carpet up & put it back the way it was. Beware of their "free estimate", this is deceptive.
