1. The tile pattern was not blended as random. He aligned as he took them out of the box and it looks fake. 2. He did not use marble thresholds as I asked. He used plastic ones that snap into a chanel. He did not know how to use them or follow directions. He nailed "30" nails into the face of the threshold and all of the nails not only show but stick up. When I had him come back to fix it he said, "I have the wrong thresholds", he put $30 on the floor and said, "here, fix it yourself." I had already paid him if full and he just left. 3. He left a large gap between the tile and the batch tub. A tile came loose - the grout line
