We didn't think we could get an inspector as soon as we needed. Thomas came through for us. His cost was spot on in our experience - except he was booked on short notice, on a Saturday, travelling a distance, and other inspectors and contractors closer to the area are charging far more (taking advantage of the market and our desperation), so you really could say he was a deal. He is responsive, reliable, kind, and respectful. He took his time and provided a thorough report, and he answered all our many questions. We readily recommend him for inspections and any other services he offers.
