Superior Fence & Rail of Kansas City

I was excited to finally purchase a vinyl fence from Superior Fence & Rail. My salesperson, Frank, walked me through the process, and I signed the contract with the understanding that my custom-cut fence would arrive in about four weeks and be installed shortly afterward. After waiting six weeks with no communication, I called the office and was told the wrong color fence had been shipped. No one had contacted me to explain the delay. Instead, I was asked if I wanted to keep the incorrect color. After seeing a photo, I declined because it did not match my home. Later, Zach, the manager, mentioned they had to pay to ship it back, making it feel as though I was somehow responsible for their mistake. When installation day finally arrived, I discovered both gates were only 4 feet wide instead of the 5-foot gates I ordered. Really satisfied with this company. From the start with Frank coming out to my home to quote my project and answer questions, to Angel and Josue being very transparent and helpful with any questions I had day of installation. Very fair price and very friendly staff as well. Would use them again and again!

Zach and his team worked with me to ensure the gate they installed would keep my dogs in my yard. It took a few attempts, because of my dogs, but we got it done! I am thrilled.
