Hiring TBS Construction was the worst mistake I ever made. I hired them at the very beginning of Nov 2003. It is Jan 2004 and except for the installation a few kitchen cabinets, they have done nothing else. I paid them in full to install a laminate floor and create a pass through bay in a wall. They ran into some family matters, and this company does not have the capacity or resources to run a business and deal with family issues. They also will not give you an address or fax number - the only form of communication is a cell phone number. I now have to take legal to get my money back. I highly recommend you steer clear of this company, as they don't have any customer service skills. They make it very clear that the customer definitely DOES NOT come first.

This company finish job in a timely matter, but was hired to do a second job, received downpayment and never started or finished job. Had no heard from company about returning downpayment they received.

TBS was a pleasure to do businees with. They were courteous and helpful when choosing products. The job was done in a timely fashion. I'd recommend them to anyone.
