Tom is amazing. He designed our new home (non-architect) and it is perfect. He is patient and knew what I wanted even though I had trouble vocalizing it. Our home is amazing (we moved in 3 weeks ago) and I wouldn't change a thing. We worked by email (our old house was 2.5 hours away) and in person. He helped site the house for the best SSE exposure. Many of the best features were his brainchild. I highly recommend him, and actually encourage others to seek him out for their projects.

His level of customer service was fantastic. His response time was pretty amazing. It took him less than a day to get back to me. His willingness to be flexible to work with our vision was always laid back. Probably more that he needed to be.
