I can not even extend to you my disappointment with the work done by this crew. First caution: GET A WRITTEN CONTRACT! Demo of the existing deck revealed missing bridging between joists. I asked that this be corrected. This after listening to Bobby moan about actually having to install the bridging. Next day, Tom, the owner calls and wants another $1000 to cut and install 38 linear feet of bridging. 8 2x6 showed up for this purpose, accompanied by the owners select lumber. Bridging was 90% installed and redecking began. After the first day, approximately 20-25% of the owners select lumber is installed. At this point I am satisfied. The next day, a pile of studs are delivered, the installed select wood removed and TAKEN FROM MY PROPERTY! This has now escalated into just plain theft of purchased merchandise, and the progress on my deck slow to a crawl while I'm inside driving a laptop, earning the money to pay for this A****** to install a pile of studs instead. So, here I am $2000 bucks in the hole, for a 6 39; x 36 39; area of warped stud wood deck. Again, get a written contract. Additionally, ABSOLUTELY NO CLEAN UP was done, throughout this fiasco. I fired them 90% because of Bobby and his flippant attitude, and he is a thief. The other two workers actually worked. Bobby smoked and flicked his butts on the ground most of the time. He was 'the nail or screwgun guy. Other workers made the cuts, he just screwed em down. My neighbor across the street has photos of them carrying off the select deck wood, so this is undeniable. I won't work with thieves. ADIVSE YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE!

It is never our mission to upset anyone and our overall ratings show that commitment clearly. Much of what is stated above involves an employee who is no longer with us. Larry was unavailable on the first visit to access the job, and we stated that the whole structure should be rebuilt. The client decided that they wanted to save money and only have the deck replaced. We notified them about the awful construction that was done prior and did offer to install blocking to make it more stable. In the end, we should have refused to try to help, I apologized to Larry and Rachel for Bobby's attitude and actions. The boards were not removed and the "st.
