These guys did a great job on my house and it was a hard job - three stories high on the back side. Their quote was 25% less than the franchise companies, written on a piece of paper, and agreed to with a handshake. I was a little bit put off because they required half up front for materials. There was a bit of a trust dance between us to start off, but also I understood where they were coming from about getting burned by customers and being on the hook for a bunch of materials they don't need. They showed up when they said they would though and got the job done, and they were fun to have around and shoot the breeze with as well. I would highly recommend them if you are the kind of person who likes to put money in a worker's pocket rather than an owner's coffers.
