I called, sent the guy pictures of my current system. For me it was a replacement job and he quoted me. Came when scheduled and executed professionally. He charged me per the quote and was done with it. It was not rushed. I would highly recommend them and would definitely do business with them again.

Gabriel and the team at TCI are the best in the business. My project in Altadena was complex, with a large number of cameras (some up to 250 feet from the house), electronic gate latch, multiple monitors. TCI worked with me over time to grow my system to meet my needs. TCI was immediately responsive to request for service calls, and always answered all of my questions, provided detailed demos and instruction, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. It was a great experience and I highly recommend TCI.

Bobby and Jose did an amazing job installing our cameras and NVR system. Bobby helped us set up our DMSS app, customized our settings and menu options. Once finished, all installation areas were cleaned and organized. Both Bobby and Jose were very polite, professional and addressed any customer concerns before leaving.

I had TCI install 7 cameras and a video doorbell. Ivan and his team did an excellent job. The cameras look good, they showed me how to work them, they answered all my questions, they kept the worksite clean.

Had our camera system installed by Gabriel and his team about 7(?) years ago. It?s worked flawlessly since that time except for a few minor issues related to neighborhood power outages over the years. Those issues (primarily due to my own lack of knowledge) were immediately resolved by a simple text message from Gabriel on how to reboot the system. Recently our system went down due to a power cord issue. TCI came out to diagnose and replace the power cord but didn?t even charge for the service call or cord despite being out of warranty for many years. Top notch professionals!

This was for home not business. Really great company. Communications were efficient and timely and clear. We knew what to expect and what the cost would be. We worked with Bobby and he explained what would be done in detail. He was easy to work with and the resulting camera placement and images are clear and exactly what we wanted. He made suggestions and explained why he was installing the cameras a certain way. It was overall a great experience. I highly recommend them.

From the moment I met Gabriel during our walk-through of my office building, he was professional, informative, experienced, and empathetic. Although I had two other quotes from vendors with relatively similar pricing, his follow-through and attentiveness easily convinced me to use his company. Needed to access my account, adjust my cameras then adding additional cameras, technician Ivan came out was very on point and knowledgeable, surveyed my site and made the additional install so smooth without any disruption to my operation, really appreciate the fast turnaround!
