All The Way Gutter Protection and Roofing

ATW Gutter Protection & Roofing provided services to repair my roof. Their bid process is fair, friendly, and very reasonable. No pressure and stratight forward. Greyson is extemely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Once the job began, the roof was almost complete in one day and if not for rain, it would have been. Famtastic job on the shingles! The fascia and soffit installation seemed a trial and error effort. Not satisfied with the work, ATW sent Greyson to inspect and he agreed with my assertion. ATW went to the next levet, and I mean "the" next level, to correct the issue to my complete satisfaction. Although the job took some extra time, ATW came through and provided a next to none service. I couldn't expect anymore than what ATW provided. I hope they wear the pride in their work that I now have in my home. Thank you Allie, Greyson, and the entire Team at ATW Protection & Roofing. You'll be hearing from me again. Highly recommended!

Great company and great customer service!! Every reasonable pricing and quickly finished the job. Highly recommend to anyone!

We got a roof estimate for our home in Albemarle, and we loved the quote we received. Our representative was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process easy. The price was too good to pass up, so we went ahead and signed, and they got us installed right away. From start to finish, ATW truly lives up to their name — they are All The Way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I can give 10 stars I would. ATW and their crew did such a great job replacing our roof. Our roof was over 25 years old, and it was overdue. So glad we picked this company to do the work. The pricing can't be beat. No high pressure either. Excellent customer service, and very easy to work with. Love our new roof!!

Most of the work was close to being adequate but after the check is in their hands they are not going to fix anything that just wasn't right. The shingles we chose were the more expensive option because we were paying for it and not the insurance company. We want it to last. About a year after having it done the shingles at the bottom started curling up into what looks like a ski jump. That made the rain when it falls hard jump over the gutters we've had for 20 years. It causes a deluge at the wall. They sent a guy out, he looked at it and said a crew would be out to change a few shingles. The non-English speaking crew came out and ran a little water on my roof and left. Called the salesman Jacob several times and it's always "I'm going to call the owners right now".

I can’t say enough my roof was terrible and had hidden challenges but these guys prevailed working late to ensure the job was done very clean when I arrived I couldn’t tel anyone had been there I can sleep better knowing I have a roof replaced by pros the gutters went like clockwork colors worked out great I’m a happy man Thank you beyond thank you have had several storms since and so far so good ✌️Great job friendly folks to deal with if you got the money they got the time and you’ll be satisfied

Nathan was great to work with. Showed up on time and was very knowledgeable with the questions I had for my roof. Thank you again.

Great Compnay to work with, that does amazing work. They stayed on schedule, keep us updated, and gave us exactly what we ask for.

Highly recommend them. Veteran owned company. Professional, respectful, honest people. Great value for my Money. Loved the new roof, after the bad hell storm, we hired ATW after an inspection of the damages. Greyson, no longer with them as he moved away for family, came out inspected our roof. He explained the damages, we got an adjuster to come out for damages. We hired them, they came out about 2 weeks ago. Jaime and his crew showed up about 6:30am and finished our roof by 3:30pm with clean up. I had a question about my roof, I called The owner, and she was able to explain and answer my question. We went with the light gray roof. Love this company, and have already told my family and friends about them.

I needed a repair on my gutters and Jacob came out to give me a quote for it. He was very knowledgeable on the repair process and was very polite, efficient, and informative. 5 star customer service and the company did great work on my gutters at an affordable price!

I've had an issue for quite some time with my gutters always being clogged due to the massive pin oak trees above my home. I had previously installed gutter guards myself with stuff I had got from Lowe's and they did not work at all. I needed good quality gutter guard with a warranty. Looked up companies in the concord area, after seeing a few companies I decided to go with ATW. Jacob, the sales rep was very down to earth and informative. The crew was very quick and thorough. They did a great job. Could not have went better.

Last year around this time, Sales rep Jacob Gardner from ATW came out, he was very friendly and informative. It is a very large house and I was a little nervous about how efficient the gutter guards would work but Jacob assured me they work just as advertised and they do. Overall great experience

Excellent work. Promptly and efficiently done in very timely fashion. Highly recommend.

They did a GREAT job and went above and beyond. I would recommend this company!

Excellent customer service., very informative and personable. The other big win was the quality of the product. 5 estimates before choosing this company.

Very professional team

I really love the job that was done by ATWG. Very pleased. Thank you.

Good overall experience. .

Iâ m out of state so the arrangements were a little bit difficult for me . The office staff and Jacob worked to accommodate my schedule and got the job done beautifully. There was so much easy communication between us that I felt very comfortable every step of the way.

All done in a timely manner. Although, still waiting for my warranty certificate.

Had an excellent experience with the ATW team in quoting for some maintenance cleaning and some new installation, appreciate the help!
