I received an immediate response to my request to replace my waste piping serving my home. Work was done professionally in a timely manner. Everything went as planned and all work was done for a reasonable price.

My initial request was for dry well repair. My existing dry well once they excavated it turned out to be completely and obviously inadequate and had to be replaced. TCJ did great work putting in the new one and making sure it was the right size for my roof water. The project turned out to be more complex than anticipated and costing more because more hours were necessary. I’m not complaining though because I thought the costs in the end were reasonable given the work that needed doing. Everything was explained and I understood what needed to be done and why. They crafted and installed a catch basin that another contractor said could not be done. Two subcontractors for the crane that delivered and placed the ring and the concrete work (because dry well oh so conveniently was located under the driveway) were also great.

The work they did was complicated and they did a good job. They were very good communicators which is very important to me. I have to deal with subcontractors regularly.

Troy and his crew did a fantastic job with regrading our yard and putting in a retaining wall to make the backyard more functional for my kids. It looks great. Exactly what we were looking for. And he came in under budget to boot! Would recommend TCJ!

They had good information to add to my basic request for a sewer drain repair like adding base rock to keep the replacement line from settling reducing the likelihood of another offset occurring. They also boroscoped the other feeder line to the septic and had recommendations for it as well. Done in one day.

This company did an awesome job. They provided great work and customer service. Troy responded and began work immediately on our sewer pipe repair. Although our problem was more extensive than anticipated, he and his crew worked diligently to keep the cost down and lessen the damage to our lawn. He also helped us with our insurance claim by documenting and recording the damage and spoke to the adjuster to confirm the claim! I will recommend TCJ to anyone.

I needed to connect my mother-in-law cottage to the city sewer and I'm so glad I called on TJC for the job. Troy and his crew were awesome! Everything was not only done on schedule but on budget. Troy helped me deal with the city to obtain all of the necessary permits and I must say, dealing with the city of Beaverton is a challenge in itself. When it comes to service, they definitely went above and beyond and I definately use them again.

The city called me to tell me that water was coming up in my front yard. I had to call a plumber. The first plumber I called said I needed a journeyman. TCJ Construction came in a hurry and fixed the problem on an emergency call. They were great! Problem was fixed at a reasonable rate. Very good customer service. Thank you.

If your water service fails, call TCJ Construction! Our story... During a thaw that followed extremely cold January temps, water service lines (including ours) began failing across Wa. Co.. TCJ Construction was the first and only plumber/contractor to respond to our request for help (we called a _lot_ of plumbers). Troy hooked up a temporary water line within 24 hours of our call and had a completely new water line installed within 72 hours. We didn't lift a finger. TCJ Construction did all of the work, including hiring electrical, plumbing, and concrete sub-contractors, as well as dealing with Hillsboro permit requirements. Exemplary service.

I wanted to get the problem resolved ASAP and Troy et al took care of it in a timely fashion - less than a week from discovery - and w/ a minimum of disruption on the day of actual repair.

Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. My main water line went out the Sunday before Christmas. While several other companies couldn't get over for at least 24 hours, Troy had someone over to see what was going on within an hour. I had a bid shortly after that, and Troy rearranges another job so he could put in the new line so I could have water. He and his crew were wonderful throughout the job. Punctual, answered all questions, explained things in simple terms so I could understand them. They worked in dismal conditions doing a job that was messy and cold. They never once complained. I absolutely recommend Troy for any of your needs. I seldom write reviews, but Troy was so outstanding, I want to let the whole world know about him. I will certainly turn to him first for any needs in the future.

Great service. Always kept me up to date with everything to do with the project, including all subs, etc. Nice to have local person, instead of a big box referral. On time very efficient. Cleaned up the site daily. All at a price that was agreed upon.

Very quick response on the part of the owner, Troy Jewell. Since the house is over 100 years old it was not apparent where the sewer line was. Troy was able to solve this in a short period of time and get the repair done with very little damage to the surrounding area. I would never hesitate to call TCJ Construction for any future jobs. Troy did an excellent job of communicating during the project. I felt informed and gratified at having him doing the work. This was not an easy project and problems were encountered. He however handled them well and in my best interests.
