"I'm sorry you feel that way. Every call I get I mention my hourly charge and that it is a minimum of a 3hr charge. The door was not repairable unless it was ripped out due to the installers mistakes. It was the best option we had to make it work without having to purchase a whole new sliding glass door. We spoke about this together. I believe it was the miss understanding of the 3hr minimum that kind of shocked you and your husband. I am sorry you are not satisfied."
