Great service. Fast and efficient. Price was great, there was only a slight increase over the quote given over the phone. But even with this, the cost was the lowest I found with the best service!

Pro examined problem and knew exactly what to do to fix things. Problem solved.

$175 service call charge took care of a leaking (ghost flushing) toilet, a loose kitchen faucet fixture, and a loose bathroom faucet handle. Eric and Sarah showed up just after my scheduled appointment time (maybe 10 minutes late, not a big deal at all) and were very courteous, pleasant, and professional. $175 seemed a hair steep for the work involved but overall it was a fair price for the services rendered. I did. It receive an appointment confirmation call or email from TCR Rooter although the Home Advisor confirmation email claimed I would. Not a big deal, but I felt it was worth noting. As such, I called just after my scheduled appointment time to confirm and they said they were in the way. It would've been nice had I not felt the need to make that call, but again, not a big deal overall. In short, I would use their services again.

Excellent service. I highly recommend them to everyone. I would definitely use their company again. At 6:00am a water pipe broke from the freeze. I called them at 6:00am they were at my house by 7:30am and fixed by 8:00a.m. Courteous, fast and professional. Very satisfied with their work.

had to replace my water heater in the attic. They did a great job removing the old one and installing the new one. Had to come back to adjust the connections on the top once the new unit was up and running to get everything set right. But responded very promptly to do so.

TCR Rep.was courteous, explained what he was going to do, and was expedient in completing the job. I had a leaking outdoor faucet.

They showed up within one hour on Saturday evening to fix an emergency plumbing issue. Expensive, but very effective and professional.

Within about an hour of filling out the request, I got a call from T.C.R. Rooter and they came the very next day. As it turns out we did not have a problem that needed to be fixed but they did not charge us to come take a look. The man that came was very nice. We have 2 remodels coming up and we will contact this company again.

very nice young man- he came to fix one item but graciously fixed an additional three. What a jewel. Professional at all times and arrived before the scheduled time. Wonderful.
