I logged onto HomeAdvisor on a Sunday evening to locate an electrician to replace a circuit breaker. I received a phone call about 5 minutes after submitting my request. We scheduled the repair for the next morning. I asked if he could come earlier and he was able to accommodate my request. He replaced the breaker in about 20 minutes, was very professional and courteous. The cost was what had discussed prior so no surprises.

Was not overly happy. I CALLED and we spoke several times over the phone and I explained the issue with my outlet . Turns out it was just a breaker switch in ny bathroom . All he did was push the red button. I think he could have mentioned that over the phone before coming out . Not sure If I will use Home Advisor again. Sorry Carl

"I explained to Mr. W several times that I would need to come out and diagnose the problem because he was not clearly defining it. I also explained to him as I do all my HomeAdvisor customers, the cost associated with coming to his home. When I arrived I found the problem within 15 minutes, and look at other issues as per customer's request. I gave Mr W a credit towards the next service call. When I walked away he appeared to be satisfied with service call. Future customers, please inform me or my help that you are not satisfied with the service before we leave your job. I believe in 100% customer satisfaction - Larry"

He gave me solid estimate on the phone for replacing my ceiling light fixture, called to confirm his arrival on the day of our appointment, arrived right on time, was courteous and professional, cleaned up perfectly, and finished in the one hour that he promised.
