Stay away from them. Not reliable.
Response from TCW, LLC
"We have been to your house at least 17 times! You need to buy the proper gaskets and not cheap out. There is a reason we were the 3rd company on your fix."

My father hired this company in McCormick South Carolina. He needed them to fix leaks on the roof of his sun room. After 1 year and many calls for them to come back, the problem has not been fixed. There is still water leaking in. Today he tried to call the 3 phone numbers that he has for them. 2 of the numbers said they were not available and did not Check voice messages. You were supposed to send a text. I tried texting both of these numbers, and both texts failed. The third number he had was answered by Bucky. But Bucky immediately hung up when my father asked if it was Tim. When my father tried to call back, the phone was not answered. It appears that they are avoiding him. His warranty expires in 2 months.

Carpentry Framing - Install
$71,000
This so called company I had to fire as it was 13 months into a rehab that was supposed to be done in 4 months. They messed the house more than what is was when it started. I gave them 71,000 to rehab, and it is not even close to being fit to sale 13 months later. I was lied to several times over the past year saying the house was completed. I have had other contractors look at it after these guys were dismissed, and they said they messed it up so bad that they will not even go in after them. They said they would have to start from scratch. This business is nothing but thieves. Do not hire Tim White or Bucky Bennett to even change a light bulb, you will get burned. I cannot even tell you the hole they put me in.
