We had a few issues after install. TDAC came back out and went over and above to make sure everything was 100%. They even worked late into the afternoon sending more then one technician to get the job done. I would definitely recommend this company. They really care about their customers!!!!

TDAC Installed a complete Heating and AC Unit, and added insulation in the attic. They arrived on time and were very efficient and professional. They are very polite

The contact after I informed them they were getting the bid was a little bit of issue I had to make calls to follow up on the date we had discussed for the install. A lot of smaller trash left on ground around home (pieces of wires, screws, small parts). They damaged my storm door and did not mention or fix the issue. Error display on the thermostat and ask installer and sales person about it and neither could help me with it.

Our rep Ken arrived at our home and was very polite, professional, and ready to work. He provided all the info we needed and suggested other that we had not considered. Take in mind we have 2 HVAC systems in our home and he inspected both to make sure the new system would be compatible. He help on finding someone to finance our new A/C which worked out PERFECT!!!!! They came to install the new A/C and the guys were GREAT, PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND TOOK OUT THRASH!!! This whole experience was AWESOME!!! I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again in the future!

We were having problems with the back master bedroom not cooling off properly and thought there was something wrong with the air conditioner unit. Thomas came in, examined our attic and informed us that the problem lay in the size of the attic duct work itself and that our air conditioner was fine. They put in larger diameter duct work to take care of the problem. We really appreciate their honesty and integrity because they could have told us we needed a new A/C unit, etc. and caused us to spend money needlessly. Thomas was extremely helpful and informative and educated us in the process.

They gave us a complete bid on time. They came to install on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They were completely respectful of our home and belongings.

TDAC installed my new air conditioner unit 3 years ago. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Their prices were better than anyone else I received a quote from. We have had to call them out and didn't have to wait a couple days - only an hour! Penny answers the calls and she is very helpful and a joy to talk with. We will never use anyone else and highly recommend TDAC!

Verry good service. They were the middle estimate of the three i revieved. They were very professional and came ready to work. Replaced both of my A/C units in one day. Followed up when i called to complain the one unit was leaking. Fixed the next day.

Always on time and worked straight through until the job was finished. Covered floors so no dirt tracked in. Carefully explained what they were doing. Gave me hints on keeping the unit efficient and working well. Very pleased with the work!
