We had our roof replaced yesterday. It looks great! The crew was done in less than 7 hours (our house is less than 900 sq ft). They had tarps laid out to catch the debris and cleaned it up pretty well. I was a bit surprised that they were able to get it done if the middle of February but am glad it is done and very happy with the results so far. Steve was very friendly and made us feel comfortable, as this is a big expense for us. I would definitely recommend JT to anyone.

I called several deck builders and asked for a quote to build a new deck. Only two called me back. JT called me the same day and made an appointment to come out for a quote a few days later. They were right on time and emailed a quote same day. I had to call the other builder a few times to get an appointment set up, then he didn't show up for our quote appointment. I called the office and he came right over. His bid was quite a bit higher than JT's. JT's customer service was excellent. They were punctual, performed the work exactly as quoted, did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left. I would recommend them to anyone.

I hired JT Home Improvement after a disastrous experience with a nationwide home improvement company. JT/Steve and his folks knocked it out of the park. If I had issues/concerns with the quality of work, they were immediately addressed. There were a couple of minor glitches with my communication, regarding the work crew but overall, I cannot complain one bit. The roof looks great, the folks that came afterwards and replaced the gutters (Dave's Gutter Service) were also top notch. I'm more than satisfied with the product and service that I received. JT and his folks didn't treat me like a car part in an assembly line. The customer service and follow-up was superlative. I'd highly recommend their product and service.

Very honest and a company of integrity. They go the "extra mile" for customer service. Every aspect of their work is professional. Fast, dependable, reliable.

Some solar lights were damaged but company reimbursed homeowner. Every effort was made to get all nails on flat surfaces. Nails did show up for several weeks afterwards. Overall a very good job.

I now have a very sturdy patio cover and stairs. Jamie and his crew are hard workers and very fast. We had a couple hiccups in communication of what I wanted with the stairs and what I thought I was getting with the patio cover but the end result is great. They added more stair with apologies for the mis-communication and we are very happy with the end results.

I like how Terry consistently followed up and made sure I got what i wanted even with getting other quotes. The installers were friendly and did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They actually replaced 8 Windows and a Bay window along with a door and added a storm door for me. There ended up being a scratch on my door and a dent on the knob and Terry looked into it right away to get it replaced. I would say the customer service was great.

Garage was built well, but not in a timely manor, the approach was not dug out so the concrete cracked and will need replaced. Wiring was not completed.
