Tuffy was very professional and always answered phone calls or e-mails promptly. Drew was the supervisor on our job and he was there almost daily and took care of everything. We also had them put in a swimming pool too. This was the second pool build we've done in the last five years. They were far superior compared to the first company we used. The excavation site was kept clean at all points of the construction. Landscaping was completed yesterday and everything looks spectacular. We can not say enough good things about Tuffy and his crews. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tuffy always returned phone calls and emails promptly. We liked dealing directly with the owner. He made alot of suggestions that made things nicer and easier. The pool was completed in a very timely manner. Other than rain outs, everything pretty much happened according to schedule. As with any project, there were a few quirks that had to be worked out, and in time they were all taken care of. Everything looks and works just as expected or better. Tuffy and his crew have great attitudes. We have had many compliments on our pool and are enjoying it daily.

Although there were some problems initially, the owner was quick to rectify them and very easy to work with. I do think their prices are a bit higher than some other pool contractors but the speed and quality of their work, as well as the owner's willingness to do everything he could to make the contsruction unobtrusive and to my liking, made the slight extra cost well worth it.
