TDM Did an excellent job testing the mold and toxic material in my brothers apartment. They were very professional, Charesse arrived on time, was extremely thorough with not only the visible mold but also what was not seen. She performed an air quality test, as well as a test on the actual HVAC unit. They provided a detailed report with pictures, glossary of terms, as well as other mediation letter. I cannot say Enough good things about this company.

Very professional. Derrick explained each procedure and provided a detailed lab report the next day. The only thing I would have like to see that I didnâ t was an air quality test in the encapsulated crawl space. The humidity in the house is 53, outside is 47 and the crawl space is 71. Iâ m thinking the crawl space is my contributing factor to the mold in the HVAC system.
