Tim exceeded my expectations! He replaced three faucets and fixed two shower fixtures. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently he worked and he left everything clean and functioning better than ever. I intend for him to change out two toilets after I decide which ones I want. The day I called him to say I was ready for him to come over he was already booked, but he still came over that day after he had completed his previous appointment even though it was early evening. Tim responded promptly to my request and scheduled me for the next day. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He assessed the problem, and gave me a clear explanation of what was required to fix the leak. He did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable for the time spent. I also asked for an estimate on having a gas stove connected to our existing gas line. His estimate was substantially less than one I had previously received. I will definitely use him for all my future plumbing needs.
