Best customer service of any tree service I have used. Called back within a couple of hours from my original request. Came out to review the job on site the same day and gave me a detailed and fair bid in writing including a copy of their insurance immediately. Scheduled and communicated especially well and were on time for the job. The crew was very capable and obviously experienced. They were very careful in a tight space to insure that my other plants and landscaping were protected and unharmed. Cleanup was complete and they were very pleasant to work with. I even received a follow up call to insure that I was satisfied with the work and the staff. I will use again and recommend them for you as well.

I had a huge job with 24 Ash Trees shaped and trimmed, 4 Sissoo trees removed, several dead trees removed, stumps ground, 6 ficus bushes trimmed, and deep root feeding on all Ash trees. Tyler was great to work with. We agreed on a very fair price and a very short completion time. Keith, Jack and Oscar did a fantastic job on every part of the project. They are really remarkable in the work they do. All 3 guys are very experienced, very efficient, very, hard-working, very friendly and courteous and take great pride in their work. The area was cleaned up and all debris was removed. I am very happy with the work TDR did for me.

I hired them to trim my 25' ficus tree. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the debris that landed in my neighbors' yards. I am glad I did not try to tackle this dangerous job myself.

I had Tyler come to my home and I explained what I needed done. He shared that he could complete the job as requested. First day showed and equipment broke. Told I would be contacted for new date. Had to call to find new appointment. The next day canceled due to a family emergency, next day their work vehicle was alleged to be in accident. Finally, next day showed following 02 phone calls. Was then unable to complete job as requested. Only positive was that they bought the parts needed to fix damage done to pool filtration system. Agreed to a final price and closed the work order. Would not recommend but if you do be sure they have the skill to complete the work required.

Arrived on time and did an excellent job. I had two large trees done and they completed the job and cleaned up all the mess. They asked for my feedback and were happy to accommodate my suggestions.

Trouble communicating with owner.

I had told them that I wanted the mesquite to shade the back of my house and the sweet acacia to block the site of my neighbors front door so they could not see me through my kitchen window.

Tyler came to my house I explained what I need done.he gave me a quote. I hired him next day came and completed. Removed palm tree and grinded root.removed all the palm tree.left my yard clean. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank You TDR professional services.

They were very quick and worked so hard to leave my trees looking amazing. I was really nervous because they give me so much privacy and the last time I got them trimmed the company just cleared them bare and after TDR finished my privacy was still in tact. They cleaned up and were priced reasonably.

Dean was prompt and very reasonable. He did a great job of cleaning up the area. I used Home Advisor and all worked wonderful.

Dean was very easy work with and his workmanship was professional. He even completed some additional work for me. His pricing was fair and the organization was very responsive. I submitted my project and the entire project, with the added work, was done within 24 hours.

Tyler was on time, the crew worked until the job was completed, and they did a great job cleaning up the job site. I would not hesitate to recommend and/or hire again if needed.

TDR responded to my inquiry about a Pine tree removal very quickly and was able to come by and get me an estimate the same day. The price was fair and Dean was able to get the job done the next day. He showed up on time and cut down the tree, ground the stump, cleaned up nicely and hauled everything away. He also gave me an estimate on some other landscaping I was considering. Overall, TDR was very Courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

The person who bid the job actually was the one doing the work.

This man is awesome. He was here shortly after I contacted him. The tree was removed the next day. He is a very hard worker. He earned every penny (dollar) I paid him. He removed the tree and stump and his quote was very reasonable. I'd hire him again.
