Be aware while using Ziko for any of your roofing or paving projects. These guys are a scam, they are unprofessional, does a crappy job and doesn't come to finish off the project. Also since they are scam their warranty is also a BIG SCAM. Do not hire them for any of your projects. I hired them from Thumbtack and seems like they have delisted them.

Total rip-off. Jake Ziko charged me $450 to put a 4 X1.5ft; cold patch on my asphalt driveway to repair some small holes. I later learned a cold patch never should have been used. The materials cost about $40 and he was here less than an hour. He indicated a piece of machinery sitting in his truck could flatten the patch, but would have to bring his nephew to help him get it out of his truck. Jake was supposed to seal my blacktop 2 days later (because of supposed repairs needed for that equipment) and never showed up or called (which is a blessing). His business card has no last name, the cell phone #, which appears on his company website, has a caller ID showing **Mike Jones**. The mailbox is full so you cant leave a message. He did not return my text. The worst experience Ive ever had with a contractor. I would give no stars if it were possible but you have to enter something.

They do not know how to do flooring and they came up under flooring during my search. No one knew what they were doing and it came out terrible.

Within minutes of arriving at my condo, these two angels discovered the reason that my 5 figure windows were leaking and provided me with a solution. They were quick, courteous and professional. They also agreed to help with possible litigation with the window company that I had hired previously. Highly recommended!
