The initial installation went fine. After the second summer, one of the pipes was leaking. I called 5 times between August 20th and September 10th with very little response to my problem. On September 3rd, I was told to turn off the water, because he ( Mike) would not get to me for a few days. On September 10th I was told he still couldn't get to me for a few days. I think this is unacceptable.

Michael was on time to install the sprinkler system. Due to rainy weather conditions the job took an extra day. He called and texted early enough to let me know he would not be coming. He was careful with my lawn and landscaping trying not to make a mess. Even after the job was completed and I had questions, they called me and answered my concerns. I would recommend to all..

Dependable and fast.

Found sprinkler lines less than 2" below grade. (Took pictures) Used rotary sprinkler heads from gardening beds to water the lawn. (This doesn't work as soon as flowers grow). Did not install rain sensor during original install. Took 3 weeks for them to come back after multiple phone calls about stated rain sensor. Had to adjust majority of heads myself as I had multiple heads spraying my home. Told them about flower issues during rain sensor voicemails; did not comment, fix or acknowledge. Paid good money for a job that I'm going to have to fix myself.
