My 900 sq ft ranch cost over $3,000 to paint. And just as one reviewer said, the estimate was way off. (My final price was higher than friends with houses 3x my size) The two guys who did most of the painting were super nice. Ron was rarely seen. When Ron came to collect I told him about obvious splotches throughout & sloppiness. I said I am not paying til it is right. Yelling at me, he threatened to put a lien on my house. He knocked on my door after a bit: He'd found that the 2 paint batches were slightly different. He apologized and made it right. For the money I felt beat up at the end.

I loved working with Ron. He made me feel very confident they would do a good job. All the people working on my fence were very nice and outgoing. My only negative was that they quoted me a certain price, but said they would need more stain and charged me $750 for the extra stain. My total bill came to double the quoted price. That surprised me and I don't like surprises.

Thought they did a very good job on my decks and railings. I felt a little pressure to do more things, but when I said no, that was all my budget allowed, they were fine with that. They were always very congenial and worked hard on some very hot days.

Ron (the owner) showed up promptly for the estimate and provided a reasonably priced estimate for the job, I was NOT present for the estimate. He then attempted to paint my house too early in my estimation. We agreed on waiting until later. The process didn't go as well as I had hoped. The paint job looks good....not great but good. I pointed out a couple of areas that need a retouch and we agreed upon a return time and day for which Ron did NOT show. Also, during the painting he tried to convince me my 6X6 deck post was rotted and need replacing immediately. That turned out not to be true! Another company inspected deck/post.

"i have got pictures of this deck posts and they are warped ,and need to be replaced so she asked for a estimate and at this time decided not to go with the bid as with any bid no customer has to do the work it is only a bid ,you can choose to do bid or not and she cancelled once as i was in route to her after wasting gas,i thought she was very rude but i said nothing."
