Very professional, impressed

The fix took 2 visits. Tom first figured out it was a ceiling fan part that was bad not the electricity. He went to Lowe's on the way to his nex appointment and advised them of the situation (I still had the original purchase paperwork from Lowe's); however, they did not sell the part needed. Lowe's then contacted me to discuss and referred me to the manufacturer for a free part Harbor Breeze. After the part was shipped Tom returned to my house and repaired the pan. It works fine now.

Tom was professional and thorough in his work. He had to puzzle through some wiring issues done by a previous electrician. He was willing to educate me on what he was doing and why. I certainly will call him again,,, in fact I am because I have more confidence in his work than my husband.

Tom was very professional and helpful. I hired him to install a ceiling light fixture for me and then discovered that the light switch was wired incorrectly. He fixed the problem for me and I love my new light fixture.

TB Electric did an outstanding job on the instalation of my ceiling fans. They gave the best estimate by far and did the job quickly and efficently. We bought three new fans with remote controls to be installed. One of the new fans was not responding to the remote so I called Tom and he told me he would do whatever was nessary tto fix the problem. He was out the next day to fix the problem even though it was not an installation issue but a malfunction with the new fan. They were prompt, curteous and did a great clean up befor leaving both times. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you TB Electric.

Tom kept his appointment to give me an estimate. He even contacted me ahead of time because he was running late. The estimate was sent to me promptly and was very reasonable. He contacted me to schedule the work and showed up on time. He did an excellent job installing the lights and fixing the motion detectors. Very competent and careful in his work to cause minimal damage to the walls while installing a new switch. I am very pleased with all aspects of the project.
