Before signing up with TEKA, I heard a lot of horror stories about contractors (they don't finish, they don't finish on time, the total amount is much higher than what was quoted, etc). After meeting with Teddy for an estimate, I remained skeptical. He was very reassuring and provided detailed explanations, which was appreciated. I chose to work with him from other contractors based on pricing, how he spoke to me/my husband, the detailed answers/explanations that he provided, and of course, the fact that his previous work seemed flawless. The workers at TEKA began the job at a reasonable time after closing on our house. The workers were all some of the most professional and courteous people. They were quickly and consistently they came every weekday by 9 a.m and left by 4:00 - 4:30 p.m like clockwork. It was so impressive. Everyday my husband and I would go by the house and we were amazed by the progress just a few people could accomplish in a single day. We still talk about it! Teddy promised us that the work would be completed by a certain time (my daughter's first birthday!) and it was! They completed every single thing on our estimate by that date no horror story for us. There were a few things we needed adjusted after the work was completed, and he sent a worker over to fix them (and even touch up paint where we bumped furniture while moving in) in a timely manner. Our friends and family came to our daughter's party in our new home and couldn't believe the impeccable work done by TEKA! I highly recommend them!

He did 40 apartments for me. On time. Huge project. Plumbing, electrical were upgraded. Then we chose to use him in our own home. He goes above and beyond. Very satisfied.
