i HAVE HAD NO ISSUES WITH BRENDEN. ALWAYS COURTEOUS, ALWAYS WORKS WITHIN MY BUDGET, ALWAYS COMES BACK AND FIXES ANYTHING THAT WAS NOT UP TO PAR, ALWAYS COMES IN MUCH CHEAPER THAN LOCAL HANDYMEN, ETC.ETC.
