"Dear Mr Furtado, we are terribly sorry you feel like lashing out in such a manner. Your false claims could be damaging to our reputation. Regardless of your allegations this company will not be pressured or bullied into falsifying insurance claims. However unfortunate your ongoing struggles with the City of Ferndale, we refused to take the risk in building your unsafe, unconventional engineering designs per your instructions, which fail to meet code. Sad so see the way some grown people act these days."
