The job was done but that is it. Lot of money for the effort and time and less than I expected. Bottom line if I do this again I will be more specific on what I want. Me bad!

Workmanship was fairly good, communication was good at first when he got his money all communications stop except for one time

WOW is all I can say! Steve came down for the estimate shortly after contacting him via Home Advisor. I could tell he truly cares about what he does. I like the fact that the person who initially meets with you is the person who does the work instead of a crew who is trying to get a job done fast. Steve took his time to make sure the garage was done right. His work was excellent. I am extremely pleased with the way it turned out. We have always wanted a finished garage floor, but never found the right company to install it. We have already had several neighbors want to work with FlorDEK as well. I rarely write reviews for products or services, but in this case it's important for others to know you would be in goods hands working with Steve and the FlorDEK company.

They did a great job and I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

We found the right contractor with the right product for project involving putting a floor coating over a spancrete floor with a room below. They installed a 1"X4" around the entire garage and ran the coating over that forming a pan up the wall only open to the garage doors. They were able to offer a chip solution to go over that and make it resemble an epoxy finish as well. They really paid attention to the prep work and made a 35+ year old garage floor look brand new. We are excited to have it done and finish the rest of our projects.
