My experience was unlike any I have ever had. Mr. Jackson made a BIG mess of my piano. It is surely ready for "The Dump". I am very disappointed in his service and I wish to have at least $300.00 of the $600.00 I paid for such sloppy work. He tried to act as if he didn't remebmer what I expected from him. Before he completed the sanding on my piano, which is abou t one-hundred years old, he started to stain what he had already sanded. My piano sits in my garage. I can't raise the cover because of the stain that has dried on the hardware. I am requesting at least $300.00 of my money back or I WILL consider legal actions against Mr. Jackson.

I was not totally satisfied with the job when it was completed by TFC but the owner's willingness and determination to ensure I was completly satisfied led to me giving the company 4 stars!I am in the process of having him to work on another project for me in the near future.

TFC booked too many jobs that prolong the job he was performing for me. He also had a helper who he was training. Lastly, he stated he had visited the job, performed the requirements, when in fact he did not..
