"Mold abatement is a type of work that all vendors and customers have to deal with unfortunately in a mold test we can not see whats inside a wall or behind cabinets we can only rely on what the test show us all mold abatement protocol is two feet beyond the problem, until we open up a wall we can't see how much mold has grown when we find additional mold from our original scoop then we let the customer know and let them decide if they want us to continue and they decide for additional work to be done we try our best to explain this to the customer but not all customers get it we take pictures showing the additional findings and the price also has to increase with the extra work that has to be done. one thing that this customer did not say is that there job pass the clearance test and that the job came out perfect with no mold remaining in there home and now there living in a clean safe environment that makes it all worth it for anyone dealing with mold problems."
