Showed up on time. Worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. Door worked perfectly for three Bo plus years until I backed into it!

Salesman: Came out and explained and went through all options without upwelling anything. Explained the process and price clearly. Given an accurate estimation of job completion. Installer: polite, friendly, knowledgeable. Overall great customer service, great price and great new garage door! Beyond happy with every step of the process!!

Though the owner is a good communicator, I was repeatedly frustrated with their employee turnover and reschedules. I also learnt that to save hassle for myself, it is better to replace entire door rather than a few panels. It eventually costs the same.

Everyone we dealt with at TGS was very professional, knowledgeable and timely for all appointments made with them from the estimate to the installation of the new garage door. During the estimate we were shown all of the available products in order to make an informed decision. After the estimate was given, reviewed by us and approved, we were told that the garage door would be ready to install in approximately 3 weeks. That was exactly what happened. We were notified that the technician would be out to install the door on 02/17/20 between 8A and 10A. That's exactly when the technician showed up. He told me exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it while he was removing the old door and installing the new one. He was very friendly and professional. I can see why they hired him. All of his work was meticulous. When he was finished, the job was picture perfect. We highly recommend this company for any garage door work. In fact they impressed us so much that we're getting an estimate from them for a new front entry door!

I was shown samples of all the doors and told what the differences between them thoroughly. They were a little pricey, but the company did come down when I showed them comparable estimates. Work done was very good. Installation only took a few hours.

Repaired the door which I was sure was too expensive to repair. Runs smoother since the repair.

The entire experience was delightful. The person who came to take the measurements did not try to up-sell me. He was on time and efficient. The installer did a meticulous job. In fact, when he cut one of the exterior rubber trim pieces an inch too short, he refused to take the final payment until he had returned to replace it with another piece of trim. I wish more companies were this conscientious about the quality of their work. I highly recommend this company.

I thought I just had a snapped garage cable but the pulleys and spring were also damaged. I purchased a rebuild kit that offered more parts and had a warranty that was close in price to the three parts alone. Very satisfied with work and price

i received a professional advise from the sales receptionist and from the technician himself. They project a company that places more on the customer satisfaction and the financial well being of the customer as well. The receptionist points out how I will save money by making sure I understood the other options I had that will save me time and money in the long run instead of just doing the immediate repair. This is the same approach I received from the technician.

The technician was professional, polite and very knowledable. He fixed my garage door quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend, I m very satisfied!!
