Mr. Eddie Valderaz was Prompt and Professional, yet courteous and caring. He thoroughly inspected my roof, then reported to me the two areas that looked concerning. But before making his final decision he asked if he could go into the attic to look for any other suspicious areas. I was greatly satisfied with his job, so much that I asked him to return and install a new ceiling fan for me and to replace the broken door handle for my dryer. He returned and did an excellent job removing my old fan and hanging the new fan, and cleaning up the mess. He will be here Monday to fix the dryer handle. Mr. Eddie is an all-around Handy Man and I am VERY glad that the Home Advisors Team had him to call me.
