He is very nice to talk to, I do not understand what happened, but I cannot reach him anymore.

They did ceiling also. Very professional and excellent quality.

I believe with time and more experience in the area of customer service and follow of their work Trinity Painting and Construction will be a great company. I will not ever assume that the owner of service provided took the time to check their until I walk around with them and inspect the work myself. After everything was said and done, I was very pleased with the second painting of my house.

Owner seems really professional and knowledgeable during estimate. Answer all of my question. However, Get EVERYTHING in writing. The owner is always right, says he has documentation to show that he is right, does not have that documentation. Recognize that when the owner says minimal prep work, what he means is they will do NO prep work. On the day of painting there were issues. Supposedly color matched the existing colors, but the trim paint was lighter. They kept telling me that I agree to a white garage door, and I kept saying no, trim color. I had to force the issue at the end of the day, and I am not really sure they actually did it as I was called away. On many, many place on the house, I had to ask for touch up. I did not catch all of the places they missed painting, and owner refused to come back and make it right. They were painting in over 100 degree weather, and I mention several times that they were painting in too high of temperatures. Nope, stupid lady does not know anything. The workers kept asking to use my bathroom. I was really uncomfortable with that. Owner refused to give me the receipts for the paint so that I can take advantage of the warranty. I will never do business with them again.

Workers were not very experienced. Did a sloppy job on deck. I would not recommend them.

Paul the owner was great spent alo t of time with us on our estimate. His crew was so fast and professional. They transformed our old house it looks so good. Love it. You will not regret hiring them.

We contacted Paul to remove yard waste from our property. He displayed quick and thorough communication and his quote to complete the job was priced competitively. Paul arrived between a reasonable time window. He was friendly and efficient. We will be hiring him again for future projects.
