They were on time and very polite. They said the work would take 2 hours, but the man was done in 45 minutes, and when I tested the leak with running water down the house, it still leaked... not as bad, but still leaked. This was very disappointing and frustrating which made me feel he rushed the job the first time. Had to call them to come out again. Now today is the test with all day rain. I'm keeping my fingers crossed otherwise, this rating will definitely go down hill fast!! The product they use stinks up the house, but as long as it works that's all that matters.
